Delete your Noteback account

You can ask us to delete your Noteback account and all associated data at any time. You do not need to be signed in to make this request.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to romain.pignoux@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account.
- Use the subject "Delete my Noteback account".
We verify the request comes from your account email, then permanently delete your data. We action requests promptly (within 30 days at the latest).
What is deleted
- Your account (name, email, credentials)
- Your saved notes, thoughts and quotes, and your reminder schedule
- Your device/push tokens and app preferences
Some records may be retained only where required by law (e.g. billing/tax records for past purchase payments) for the legally mandated period, then deleted.
