Common questions
My reminders don't arrive. Make sure notifications are enabled for Noteback in your device Settings, and that a reminder schedule is turned on in the app.
Is the paid unlock a subscription? No. Unlocking unlimited entries is a one-time purchase — it does not renew and there is nothing to cancel. If you reinstall or switch devices, use "Restore Purchases" in the app to get it back. Refund requests are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
